This is a word-spelling program for children (or adults). Drag the letters to form a
word and the computer will pronounce the word.

The color version requires a 13" color monitor, the system extensions "Speech Manager" and "Macintalk 2" or "Macintalk Pro". You also need one of the female "voices" that function with the above, such as "Brenda", "Agnes", or "Victoria". Better results are obtained by using "Macintalk Pro" with either "Agnes" or "Victoria". Requires system 7 and a minimum of 2 MBs RAM.
The black and white version is sized to run on a "classic" size screen (9"),
and requires the older "Macintalk" system document. When using this older "Macintalk"
with system 7, make sure that it is placed in the system folder but NOT in the
system Extensions folder (even though the computer will indicate that this is where
it belongs). This version should work with system 6.0.7 and up; it requires a minimum
of 1.6 MBs RAM.
